This 4-week series is set to accompany the upcoming Rooted in Wisconsin nutrition challenge. Starting June 1 every Monday at noon, this virtual cooking series celebrates seasonal produce and simple, plant-forward meals with cooking demos.

Participants will explore ways to:
- Cook with seasonal Wisconsin produce.
- Build balanced plant-forward meals.
- Create easy, flavorful recipes with minimal ingredients.
- Improve confidence in the kitchen through simple cooking techniques.
Series Format
- 4 live, weekly sessions.
- Each session is 1 hour.
- Recordings will be available for those unable to attend live.
