As noted during Open Enrollment, there has been a vision administrator change for 2026.
MetLife Vision will administer vision insurance beginning 1/1/2026. With this change, comes a change in the Provider Network as well -- MetLife Superior Network. Please use this link to find an in-network provider.
If you enrolled in vision insurance, you will not receive an ID card from MetLife, the vision insurance carrier. Your vision provider should be able to verify your vision insurance coverage when you provide them with your full legal name and date of birth. Otherwise, you can print a generic vision insurance ID card to take with you to your vision appointment.
