Interests: Avid reader - particularly of science fiction and mysteries. Huge sports fan following the Milwaukee Brewers and Green Bay Packers.

Research and publishing

Presently I am doing research into the gut microflora of aquatic slugs and ground squirrels, characterizing bacteriocins produced by some antarctic carnobacteria and looking at the impact of lead and oil on microbial communities in the marsh.
