I thoroughly enjoy being the Program Director of Educational Leadership at UW-L. My experiences as an instructor in Higher Education includes teaching in the Institute for Professional Studies in Education and the Department of Educational Leadership Studies at UW-L, teaching in the Education Department at Ave Maria University and teaching in the Student Success Department at Florida Southwestern State College. I also served the Menasha School District in Menasha, Wisconsin as an elementary school teacher for fourteen years, science program support teacher for fourteen years, elementary school principal for eleven years, district summer school administrator for six years and district mathematics coordinator for six years. Overall, I was a teacher for twenty years and school principal for eleven years. I am proud of the work I have done to enrich the lives of students and the communities I served. I look forward to helping you become a dynamic teacher and/or principal as we embark on this journey of learning together.
