Brief biography

My name is Brian Oyen, I am a Police Liaison Officer for University of Wisconsin La Crosse Police department.  I was hired as a limited term Police Officer in 2001, and hired as a full time Police Officer in 2003.  I worked second shift patrol for almost 13 years before moving to day shift.  In 2016 I was moved from patrol Officer to Liaison Officer.  I am married, and have four boys.  My time away from work is spent with my family from sporting events, fishing, traveling, and motorcycling.
