Brief biography
Cindy Kuhrasch is an experienced leadership educator and facilitator with expertise in conflict resolution, intercultural communication, and inclusive leadership development.
Cindy’s work emphasizes self-awareness, personal growth, and applied skill development through experience-based instruction.
Cindy has significant experience adapting leadership, equity, and conflict resolution frameworks for international and cross-cultural contexts, ensuring relevance to local norms and institutional realities.
Her facilitation style is reflective, relational, and practical, supporting psychological safety while encouraging accountability and growth. In addition, Cindy has worked extensively in higher education and other professional environments and is well positioned to support leadership capacity-building with groups of all sizes and purposes.
