Casey Tobin and Ellen Rozek, both Psychology, co-authored the article "Enhancing Undergraduate Psychology Internship by Integrating Professional Core Competencies" in Mentoring & Tutoring: Partnership in Learning, which was accepted for publication by Taylor & Francis. This article examined how internships cultivate Eagle Advantage skills (such as adaptability, collaboration and critical thinking) that align with core competencies like communication and problem-solving, while emphasizing the importance of mentoring and evaluation in preparing students for career success.
