Brief biography

After receiving my Master's Degree, I worked in the Fitness field for 5 years directing programs and performing fitness testing at the "Y" and private fitness clubs. I then was an Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach at the University of Pittsburgh (Div I) for 4 years and later was the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach at Carroll College (Wisconsin; Div III) for 5 years. I've been teaching at the University and College level since 1992 teaching physiology, exercise physiology and exercise physiology lab, fitness assessment, and strength & conditioning practical courses
