Research and publishing
Projects in my laboratory typically involve the study of nutritional and/or hormonal regulation of appetite and/or metabolism. We also study physiological interactions between food or supplement components and the body. Studies may occur with food or supplement components, cultured cells, isolated tissues, non-human animal models and/or humans in applied clinical studies.
