Sarah Bakken and Kendall Morgan, both Murphy Library, presented " Cross-campus reflections: citation styles as guidance for Artificial Intelligence use. " at Wisconsin Association of Academic Libraries Conference 2025 on Oct. 28 in Madison, WI. Instructors everywhere today are in the position of answering the question, “how am I ‘allowed’ to use AI?” for their students; since the spring of 2024, an Artificial Intelligence (AI) Policy has been a required component of syllabi at UWL. In this session, Bakken and Morgan reflected on their experiences working with instructors and students on AI usage and guidance, sharing active learning activities used in library instruction setting.
