Brief biography
Shane Murphy, originally hailing from the great state of Wisconsin, comes to UWL from the University of Montana where he taught in the Masters of Athletic Training program. A product of the UW system, Dr. Murphy is excited to be contributing to the La Crosse Institute for Movement Science (LIMS) and the Physical Therapy Program at UWL. Dr. Murphy brings an expertise in lower extremity biomechanics, especially as it relates to balance, running, and sport-specific movements.
