Recruit volunteers

UWL is committed to connecting our students, faculty and staff to community service opportunities. We invite you to request volunteers for your next event on UGetConnected. This platform is a partnership between UWL, Viterbo University, Western Technical College and the Great Rivers United Way.

UWL values our community partners and would like to help connect you with the appropriate expert for your event. We have faculty, staff and coaches available to share their knowledge and offer inspirational stories.

Rent a space

Thank you for considering UWL for your event needs. We can accommodate anything from small meeting spaces to wedding receptions. Contact the Associate Director of Events and Operations Hayley Harnden for more information.

Explore conference services

UWL's Conference Services provides conference management for a wide variety of events. Successful conferences and events have ranged from 50 to 3,000 participants. Our professional conference planners are experts in managing conferences and events at any meeting venue or location. Contact Program Manager Milandrie Wakim for more information.

Sponsorships

UWL is a state agency supported through state funding, federal financial aid, and student tuition. The UWL Alumni and Friends Foundation focuses on philanthropic investments that advance strategic university priorities. Event sponsorship and external funding requests are generally outside the scope of these efforts.
