UW-La Crosse Academic Credit may be associated with this event upon request by December 11, 2025 at Noon CT. University Tuition is separate and in addition to the Symposium registration fee.
Paid registration includes access to the online Adolescent Health Symposium, UW-La Crosse CEUs (awarded only for participation in the live sessions on February 12–13, 2026), and access to recordings of the presentations from February 20–April 30, 2026.
Group Discounts
Choose "Individual Attendee" when registering. You will be given the option to add additional participants. Your group discount will begin to populate after you add the third participant.
Cancellation Policy
Substitutions are welcome. A full refund less $25 processing fee (If a group registration is cancelled, the cancellation fee is applied to the number of registrations purchased within the group registration) is available until January 29, 2026. No refunds thereafter. Cancellations can be submitted in writing to: ex@uwlax.edu.
Privacy Policy
Registration implies permission for photos, publicity, and inclusion in a participant list, unless Graduate & Extended Learning is notified in writing prior to the program: ex@uwlax.edu.
