Registration includes access to the online Adolescent Health Symposium, UW-La Crosse CEUs (awarded only for participation in the live sessions on February 13–14, 2025), and access to recordings of the presentations from February 20–April 30, 2025.
Cancellation Policy
Substitutions are welcome. A full refund less $35 processing fee (If a group registration is cancelled, the cancellation fee is applied to the number of registrations purchased within the group registration) is available until February 1, 2025. No refunds thereafter. Cancellations can be submitted in writing to: ex@uwlax.edu.
Privacy Policy
Registration implies permission for photos, publicity, and inclusion in a participant list, unless Graduate & Extended Learning is notified in writing prior to the program: ex@uwlax.edu.
