Registration Includes
- UWL student, recent graduate, employee registration includes: Morning coffee each day, lunch on the first two days, digital copy of FSPCA Human Food Participant Manual V1.2, and FSPCA certificate of successful completion.
- Professional registration includes: Morning coffee each day, lunch on the first two days, digital copy of FSPCA Human Food Participant Manual V1.2 (and hard copy for all registrations received by July 17, 2023), and FSPCA certificate of successful completion.
Cancellation Policies
- UWL student, recent graduate, employee cancellation policy: Substitutions are welcome. Full refund less $30 processing fee up to one week prior to event, no refunds thereafter. Cancellastions must be submitted in writing to ex@uwlax.edu.
- Professional cancellation policy: Substitutions are welcome. Full refund less $150 processing fee up to one week prior to event, no refunds thereafter. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to ex@uwlax.edu.
Privacy Policy
Registration implies permission for photos, publicity and inclusion in a participant list, unless Graduate & Extended Learning is notified in writing prior to the program at ex@uwlax.edu.
