Registration Benefits
Registered attendees will have access to all conference sessions and programing during the three-day Midwest Conference on Asian Affairs:
- Panels, workshops, and roundtables
- Presidential Luncheon Panel (lunch provided)
- Keynote Address and Awards Ceremony Banquet (dinner provided)
- Business meetings and networking hours (coffee & refreshments provided)
- Registration includes an annual MCAA membership fee ($30)
- Complimentary parking for each day of the conference
Cancellation/Refund Policy
If you have paid registration fees and are ultimately unable to participate in the conference, the deadline to cancel your registration and receive a refund is Friday, September 1, 2026. All refunds will incur a $25 cancellation fee. Refund requests must be submitted by email to ex@uwlax.edu. Refund requests received after September 1, 2026, will NOT be granted.
Travel Grants
The Midwest Conference on Asian Affairs does not offer travel grants or scholarships to attend the 2026 event. Please register only after you have secured funding to attend.
