Brief biography

I was a first generation/low income college student, and understand the struggles that go along with being one of the first in your family to take on the challenge.

Math seems to be a topic that scares a lot of students.  The key is to stay ahead of the game.  Don't wait until you don't know what is going on in the class to ask for help.  Coming in for homework help, study tips, test prep, and overall guidance are the best way to do well in a class that you think you may struggle in.  Be proactive about the situation, not reactive.

Not everyone loves math...but everyone can be successful in it.
