Mentor Information

Are you an experienced staff member interested in sharing your knowledge and experience with others? Are you interested in mentoring the next generation of professionals? Are you interested in working more collectively and building community on campus? We have an opportunity for you! Please consider being a mentor in UWL’s new campus mentoring program!

We know that all matches may not work out for a variety of reasons. Know that you can opt-out at any point. We will also conduct a 60 day and mid-year check-in to better understand how things are going.

While the official program will be one year, mentorship doesn’t have to end! If you find value and enjoyment in your relationship and want to go beyond that, please do!
