Access
We expand the opportunities for students to participate fully in Higher Education through services and programming. We also equip UWL community members with tools and support to navigate their own paths and reach their full potential at UWL and beyond.
Belonging
We work collaboratively to cultivate an environment where all identities are welcome. We provide educational opportunities to build connections and exchange ideas that transform the campus into a thriving community.
Compliance
We prioritize our institutional responsibility to ensure a safe and secure campus environment. We coordinate the adherence to applicable laws and regulations. We center the dignity, well-being, and rights of all members of the UWL community through partnerships, education, and supportive services.
