Online forms for CBA students
NOTE: This form declares your major but is not an application to the business program.
Business Program Admission Requirements (WINGS will recognize these prerequisites, no application needed):
- At least 54 credits earned AND
- Grade of C or better in all pre-business coursework (ACC 221, ACC 222, BLAW 205, ECO 110, ECO 120, ENG 110/112, MTH 160/175/207, and STAT 145)
If you feel you meet old admission requirements or have questions about these prerequisites needed to enroll in most 300/400 level CBA courses, please contact the CBA Dean's office in 1205 Wittich or by email cbadeans@uwlax.edu.

Taking a Non-UWL Class?
UWL students should submit an off-campus evaluation form from the Records and Registration website prior to taking a course at another institution. This is especially important if taking a course that is not listed in Transferology.
