About Us

The mission of UWL's Office of Civil Rights and Compliance is to foster and support a campus environment that is equitable, inclusive, and free of discrimination and harassment.

In accordance with Title II of the Americans with Disabilities Act, Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, and Equal Employment Opportunity policies the OCRC provides leadership, counsel, and informational resources for all campus constituents.

The OCRC is committed to coordinating University compliance and reporting required by the Universities of Wisconsin System Administration's Compliance Matrix.
