Registration includes presentations, online course access, and CEUS or CECHs for participation in the live sessions. The event will be live on October 1 (Wisconsin Rural Health Promotion Annual Meeting) and October 2 (Wisconsin Health Education Network Annual Meeting). You will also be provided with access to the session recordings during October 6–24, 2025.

Cancellation policy
Full refund less $25 processing fee when notified in writing at least two weeks prior to the start of the event. No refunds after that point. Substitutions will be accepted.

Privacy policy
Registration implies permission for photos, publicity and inclusion in a participant list unless Graduate & Extended Learning is notified in writing two weeks prior to the program.
