If you have special dietary requests, please submit them to internationalbanquet@uwlax.edu by Monday, April 6, 2026. All menu items are processed in the same facility. We will try to honor your requests; however, menu items may come into contact with wheat, eggs, nuts, soy, and dairy.

General Admission:  $35
Student Admission: $15
Table Sponsorship:  $325 (includes 8 banquet tickets - more information)*

You can purchase tickets using the following methods:

  • In person at the Information Center, Student Union (general and student admission only)
  • Purchase them online here. Tickets are not available online the day of show.
  • By phone by calling 608.785.8877. Tickets can be mailed at no additional charge if time permits.
  • Payment by debit or credit only.  No cash or checks accepted.
  • *For Table Sponsorship tickets click here.

Tickets purchased online or by phone can be picked up at the Information Center during regular business hours. All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges for ticket sales.

FREE PARKING

Guests should park in lots C-12 (Cleary Alumni lot), streets around Union, or Level 1 of the Ramp.

Participate in our Global Citizenship Showcase: Submit Proposal!

International Education & Engagement is seeking proposals for posters and table displays for the Global Citizenship Showcase that will take place prior to the 61st annual International Banquet on April 18, 2026. We are seeking proposals that highlight international research, projects, and/or experiences. The deadline for proposals will be forthcoming.

The International Banquet began as a celebration and an opportunity to share the rich diversity and culture at UW-La Crosse and the greater community. The banquet is an evening of entertainment with an internationally-themed meal. More information on the banquet and the evening’s program can be found here. 

Individuals selected for a poster or table display will have the opportunity to purchase a discounted ticket. If anyone has any questions, please contact international@uwlax.edu
