Parking

If you have special dietary requests, please submit them to internationalbanquet@uwlax.edu by Monday, April 13, 2024. All menu items are processed in the same facility. We will make every attempt to honor your requests; however, menu items may come into contact with wheat, eggs, nuts, soy, and dairy.

2024 International Banquet - April 20, 2024

General Admission: $35 per person
Student Admission: $15 per student
Table Sponsorship: $300 per table (includes 8 banquet tickets - more information)*

You can purchase tickets using the following methods:

In person at the Information Center, Student Union (general and student admission only)
Purchase them online here. Tickets are not available online the day of show.
By phone by calling 608.785.8877. Tickets can be mailed at no additional charge if time permits.
Payment by debit or credit only. No cash or checks accepted.

Tickets purchased online or by phone can be picked up at the Information Center during regular business hours. All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges for ticket sales.

Parking is free in commuter lots only!

Any commuter lot during the day on Saturday and Sunday is free, no overnight parking.

Commuter lots are C-1, C-2, C-3, C-5, C-7, C-8, C-9, C-10, C-12, C-14, Parking Ramp Levels 1-3, and the Health Science Center parking lot

For those who have a state-issued handicapped parking permit and have obtained your annual campus permit, you are able to park in any available parking spot and the parking office will direct you to specific places if you have questions. Any on or off-campus parking tickets received are your responsibility.
