If you have special dietary requests, please submit them to internationalbanquet@uwlax.edu by Monday, April 6, 2026. All menu items are processed in the same facility. We will try to honor your requests; however, menu items may come into contact with wheat, eggs, nuts, soy, and dairy.

General Admission:  $35
Student Admission: $15
Table Sponsorship:  $325 (includes 8 banquet tickets - more information)*

You can purchase tickets using the following methods:

  • In person at the Information Center, Student Union (general and student admission only)
  • Purchase them online here. Tickets are not available online the day of show.
  • By phone by calling 608.785.8877. Tickets can be mailed at no additional charge if time permits.
  • Payment by debit or credit only.  No cash or checks accepted.

Tickets purchased online or by phone can be picked up at the Information Center during regular business hours. All sales are final. There will be no refunds or exchanges for ticket sales.

FREE PARKING

Guests should park in lots C-12 (Cleary Alumni lot), streets around Union, or Level 1 of the Ramp.

Table sponsorships for the 2026 International Banquet

  • $325 per table (includes 8 banquet tickets, reserved table, and sponsor listed in the program).  Ways to purchase: 
    • Online:  Purchase tickets online here, and IEE will contact sponsors for more details. Debit & credit card only.
    • In Person at Welcome Desk (UWL Student Union): Debit or credit card only.
      • 1st Floor of the Student Union near the elevators.
    • Internal Transfer (UWL Depts & Orgs): Contact UWL IEE at international@uwlax.edu or (608) 785-8016 with your UWL department foundation funding string.
  • Tables are given priority seating and are clearly labeled with your sponsorship name.
  • As a table sponsor, your organization is highlighted in the evening's program. You must register by April 2, 2026 to be included in the program.

Two options for ticket pickup for table sponsorship:

  1. Pick tickets up in advance of the banquet at International Education & Engagement. You must list the name of the person responsible for picking up the table's tickets. They will be provided with 8 tickets. Tickets will be available for pickup beginning Monday, April 13, 2026, in UWL International Education & Engagement, 1140 Centennial Hall. Please pick up your tickets by Wednesday, April 15, 2026 at noon.
  2. Pick tickets up at the door the evening of the event:  Please inform your guests of the name of the person/group reserving the table.
