UW-La Crosse recognizes the importance of reducing stigma and promoting access to mental health care. Mental health challenges are felt in every corner of our campus, communities, and country. Many resources and services are available throughout the year–as we work to increase awareness and encourage people to prioritize this important aspect of their well-being.

Mental Health Treatment for UWL Students
- The Counseling & Testing Center offers free, confidential crisis support, mental health counseling, and referral services to currently enrolled UWL students.
- Mental Health Crisis Care is available at Urgent Care, 12:00-4:00 Monday-Friday, 2106 Centennial (available year-round excluding holidays)

- Other Treatment Options: CTC partners with Mantra Health for even more free counseling options for students, including extended hours of availability and out-of-state treatment.
