Profile for Timothy Nielsen

Brief biography

I have been an educator for 14 years.  I came to the La Crosse area from a small town near Menomonie where I grew up on our family farm outside of Knapp.  I attended Viterbo University in La Crosse and graduated with a degree in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood Education in 2006.  

I am currently a first grade teacher at Prairie View Elementary in the School District of Holmen.  In 2020 I joined the Educational Studies team to support student teachers as they prepare for their professional careers in Education.
