Welcome to the Growing Home of Visual & Performing Arts
The School of Visual & Performing Arts is thriving, and we’re excited to welcome you to performances at the Truman T. Lowe Center for the Arts. To make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible, convenient event parking is available just steps from the venue.
Where to Park
Complimentary parking is available in South Ramp (15th & Vine) starting at 6:30pm for weekday evening performances, as well as for all weekend performances. Patrons for gallery exhibitions beginning at 5 p.m. may pay to park in the ramp or utilize free street parking.

EV Charging
Parking Services is excited to announce that EV charging stations are now available in the South Ramp!
To charge your vehicle, you'll need a valid UWL parking permit (any lot), a paid Passport Parking session, or an active Offstreet guest registration. Charging fees are separate and are paid through ChargePoint.
A few quick rules:
- EV spaces are reserved for vehicles that are actively charging.
- Please move your vehicle when charging is complete.
- Vehicles not actively charging may be cited.

We look forward to seeing you—and thank you for supporting the arts!
