How early can I arrive to the Commencement ceremony?
Doors to the La Crosse Center open 90 minutes prior to the ceremony.

Is there a limit to the number of guests?
A maximum of 6 guests per graduate is recommended.
What might prevent a graduates name from appearing in the program?
The privacy settings/FERPA restrictions you set in WINGS could potentially prevent your name from appearing in the Commencement program. To ensure your name appears, please keep your primary/legal name unchecked. This must be completed before April 1 for May Commencement, and November 1 for December Commencement.
What time is the Commencement ceremony?
The winter commencement ceremony will be held on Sunday, December 14, 2025 at the La Crosse Center.
There will be one ceremony.
11 a.m. | All graduating students including:
- Associate Degree Candidates
- Undergraduate Candidates
- Graduate Degree Candidates
Where do I go once I arrive at the La Crosse Center
When you arrive at the La Crosse Center please proceed to the north side of the La Crosse Center and enter under the La Crosse Center logo. Once inside the entry proceed to the multiple doors propped open for arena seating. There will be signage inside assisting you to the proper location.
