Proven track record

UW-La Crosse's Conference Services provides conference management services for a wide variety of events on a local, national and international level. Successful conferences and events have ranged from 50 to 3,000 participants. Our professional conference planners are experts in managing conferences and events at any meeting venue or location.

Whether hiring a faculty member/speaker for a presentation, coordinating the use of all UW-La Crosse facilities and services as well as those of the larger La Crosse Community, arranging a field trip and identifying local tour options for a spouse/guest program, or making block reservations for off-campus lodging, your professional coordinator knows the available resources and the process of planning and conducting a successful event.

We get involved in your program as a partner. We'll manage the day-to-day marketing, financial and logistical details--allowing you to concentrate on the conference content.

Our partnership is based on the services you need and want. The services we provide are tailored to your individual event. We continually expand our services to meet the needs of our clients. Our services include planning, logistics, financial management, marketing including Web design and hosting, registration, issuing Continuing Education Units (CEUs), and much more!

A successful conference means pulling together details so that an event flows seamlessly from inception, to post-conference evaluation, to the closing of financial accounts. Let our professional staff handle those details. We are your one-stop.
