The goal for the assessment process at UW-La Crosse is to provide information on student learning in order to understand where current practices are supporting learning and where refinements to current teaching methods, curriculum, classroom resources needed for learning, or learning outcomes are warranted.  In this area of the transparency framework examples of how our faculty are using assessment results to improve or sustain students learning will be highlighted.

The University Program Assessment Committee has undergone two cohorts of reviews and in their review were asked to categorize the types of changes that programs were making based on assessment results.  This analysis of 40 programs activities provided the data for the following chart.
