Mazevo Instructions
- Click the button above to access Mazevo
- Log in using single sign on with your UWL email and password
- Once in Mazevo go to Requests and click on "Add New Request"
- Answer the event questions and fill out the necessary information then submit your request
- You will get an email confirmation once your request is approved or denied
- Your event is NOT confirmed until you receive an official confirmation email
Additional information
- All university staff and faculty can request rooms on behalf of their department
- Students must be a part of a student organization or club to make a reservation. All orgs and clubs should have no more than 2 members submitting requests.
- Users are only able to request spaces 48 hours in advance. Any requests before then must be made by contacting the reservations office by email, phone, or stopping by in person.
- All Bluffs Ballroom reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance.

Meetings/Events in Academic Buildings
- These buildings can be requested by logging into Mazevo and request a room.
- These requests will NOT be approved or denied until after the 10th day of classes when rooms are confirmed. We will approve reservations on a first come first serve basis.
- Please be aware: Academic scheduling takes precedence over meetings
- Please be patient as this is a policy that cannot be changed. Meetings/events that occur after 5pm are able to be scheduled in an academic space prior to the end of the first school week
- Meetings/events that happen before 5pm will have to wait until after the 10th day of classes to be scheduled as classes may move rooms during the first week.

Students of UWL
Only students who are apart of a Student Organization are able to book for their group's meetings
- We refer to these students as the group's primary contact and there can only be two per group.

Catering and self-catering
To place a catering order or view menu options visit Catertrax.
No food/beverages are allowed in academic classrooms.
A self-catering form must be submitted and approved 2 business days before the event. Find the form here
University students, faculty, and staff may submit a self-catering request form for up to a $100 value with the following conditions:
- Only snack foods are allowed (cookies, chips, baked goods, fruits/vegetables, soda, coffee in a carafe, etc.)
- No outside vendor products can be brought/ordered (Subway, Toppers, etc...)
- For safety reasons, no food that requires heating/cooling can be brought in (mayonnaise based salads, sloppy joes, etc.)
- No electrical appliances may be brought in (crock pot, coffee maker, etc.)
- Self-catering may not be utilized in conjunction with University provided catering
- No food/beverages are allowed in Academic Classrooms
