2016-17 Lou McGlothian Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship is reserved for an ethnically-diverse student currently in their Junior or Senior year of college, any level of a Graduate Program, or entering their Junior year of college by the Fall 2017 academic year.

Deadline: November 11, 2016

Amount: $2,500

Coulee Region Professional Women of La Crosse

The primary goal of the CRPW is to promote the professional, educational, cultural, and social Advancement of women. Awards based on essay on financial need, achievements and community involvement.

Grant Regional Health Center Foundation Health Career Scholarship

Individuals must be beginning or continuing their education in a health care program. Priority Given to residents of Grant county, especially those in Cassville, Fennimore, Iowa-Grant, Lancaster, Potosi, or River Ridge School Districts.

RARE Educational Scholarship Robbinsdale Association of Retired Educators

Eligible recipients should fit into one of the following categories:

  1. An individual who will have completed at least two years of college by September 2016 with plans to become a teacher.
  2. An individual who wishes to make a career change within education. 
  3. OR
  4. A teacher wishing to change teaching field. Short essay is required.

Deadline: 2017

Amount$500- $1000 (Varies on amount of annual donations)

Minnesota Division Izaak Walton League of America Scholarship

The Minnesota Division of the Izaak Walton League awards a scholarship of not more than $1000 per year to assist person(s) who enter or continue in an undergraduate education program leading to careers dedicated to protecting the environment. Requirements:

  1. Applicant must be a Minnesota resident.
  2. Applicant must be a U.S. citizen.
  3. Applicant must be at least in his/her second year of college.
  4.  Applicant must show a need for financial assistance

Deadline: May 15

Amount: $1000

Black River Memorial Hospital Scholarships

Seven scholarships to be awarded to students meeting the following qualifications:

  • Resident of Jackson County, or
  • Graduated from a high school in Jackson County, or
  • Currently employed at a health care facility/agency in Jackson County for a minimum of one year, or
  • Has served as a BRMH Volunteen (for the Volunteen Scholarship).

Deadline: April 15

Amount$400-$2000 (based on scholarship awarded)

Brown, PC National Founder's Scholarship

For students majoring in business, with a demonstrated interest in entrepreneurship.

Deadline: August 7, 2017

Amount: $500

Denise Bertucci Memorial Scholarship

For students who have returned to school after a break in their formal education. Requirements:

  1. At least 22 years old, returned to school after at least two years off
  2. Continuing student with at least 2 semesters since returning to school
  3. Must be attending a Wisconsin post-secondary school and pursuing a minimum 2-year undergraduate degree
  4. Be a full time student
  5. 3.0 or higher GPA

Stephenson Scholarship Fund of Fond du Lac, Wisconsin

For undergraduate students from Fond du Lac County, Wisconsin, attending any University of Wisconsin college.

Deadline: April 14, 2017

Accounting & Financial Women's Alliance

Awarded to a woman in their last year of college.
