The Athletic Training Program at the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse (UWL) invites applications for entry to our nationally and internationally recognized academic program. The athletic training program was the first accredited athletic training program in the state of Wisconsin, and offers one of the most competitive, in-depth, and hands-on athletic training educational experiences in the country. The program has gained an excellent reputation for involving their students in various year-round athletic training opportunities and open classrooms where the student becomes an active member of the learning environment.  The program is accredited by the Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) with continuous accreditation since 1980.
