For information about the costs of attending UWL, please visit your program's Cost to attend and financial aid page.
The Cashier’s Office website is where you will find information about tuition, fees, billing, and deadlines. You can contact the Cashier’s Office by calling 608-785-8719 or by emailing cashiers@uwlax.edu.
Finally - consider connecting with the Financial Aid office to discuss your financial needs as well as any funding options that might be available to you.

To purchase your textbooks from UWL, you can visit the UWL Online Bookstore.
If you are a Collaborative Graduate Program student, please make sure to access the Wisconsin Online Collaboratives Bookstore with your textbook needs.
Getting your UWL student ID
This is the official identification card for all students. You may wish to have your UWL ID as part of your graduate school memorabilia—it may also get you a student discount! Photos for ID cards can be submitted online, and the ID Card Office will mail your ID to you if requested.
Information technology services
Eagle Help Desk
Submit a Help Desk ticket for any questions related to campus technology, including password reset assistance and Okta trouble-shooting.
Password management
Whether you are new to campus and need to set up your password, your password has expired, or you happen to forget it, UWL’s ITS offers an easy way to reset your password.
WINGS
WINGS is UWL's Student Information System (SIS). It provides you with access to information related to application materials, course registration, financial aid, and your academic records. If you are experiencing issues when in WINGS, try using a different browser.

Students in UW Collaborative graduate programs will need to use permission numbers to enroll - reach out to your program director if you need help.
To Register for Classes:
- Log on to WINGS with your NetID and Password
- Go to the Student Center
- Select “Enroll” under Academics
Canvas support
Students in Data Science, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology Management, Digital Marketing, Financial Technology, and Cybersecurity with questions related to Canvas: please visit the OPLR's Canvas support page or call 877.724.7883, instead of contacting the Eagle Help Desk.

Accommodations
The Disability Resource Center serves any student with a documented disability (e.g. ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, Acquired Brain Injury, PTSD, Physical, Sensory, Psychological, or Learning Disability) who needs to arrange academic accommodations for their classes.
Certificate and degree completion and graduation
Whether you are enrolled in a graduate certificate or in a degree program (MS, MSEd, EdS, or EdD) you should complete the Intent to Graduate form in WINGS immediately after registering for your final term in the program. Instructions are available on the Commencement website.
If you plan to stay enrolled and complete an additional certificate or degree, connect with your Graduate Program Director to make sure they know your plans and can advise you accordingly.
