What is this COP about?

This topic-based community of practice consists of a small (12) community of instructors and is built around the theme – effective online/hybrid instruction.  Our community of practice is an ongoing collaborative learning experience that takes place monthly during the Fall 2020 and Spring 2021 semesters.

The overarching goals are: Connect people who might not otherwise have the opportunity to interact; enable a dialogue between the members of the UWL instructional community, stimulate instructors’ interest in learning through self-reflection and peer mentoring; help instructors organize their actions to deliver tangible results; and transform their teaching practice.
