Rainbow Unity
Rainbow Unity is UWL's sexual orientation, romantic attraction, and gender identity group on campus. Our club's goal is to provide folx of various identities with a sense of community and opportunities to learn and grow. We work hard to make sure that this space is open to individuals across the sexual, romantic, and gender spectrums as well as their friends, family, and allies. This includes folx who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, questioning, intersex, aromantic, asexual, agender, pansexual, and two-spirit (LGBTQQIAAAP+2S).
In our meetings, we enjoy doing fun things like crafts, playing games, getting outside, and just being in community with one another. We also enjoy learning about the LGBTQ+ community and its history, intersectionality, healthy habits and self-care, safe sex ed., and relationships.
