Why join in on these FREE webinars? “Understanding the financial aspects of a business are critical to starting and growing a business”, SBDC business consultant Mike Walker explains.  “Financial management is the basis of a solid business foundation. Businesses must understand their financial position and recognize how to manage their funds. This includes knowledge of financial statements, financial forecasting, and cash flow management.”

No-cost, individualized, confidential consulting support is available to all class participants. Attendees will be given the option to meet with a business counselor to gain further insight into their own business financial management and develop financial projections for future growth. These classes are useful for businesses just getting started as well as businesses looking to expand, pivot, or grow.
