  • More time spent on problem identification and resolution
  • Lower costs due to lower turnover
  • Greater employee job satisfaction

How do I earn the Supervisory Management Certificate?

You receive the certificate upon completion of three core seminars and 6 full days of electives. Three core seminars are required: Supervisory Management One, Supervisory Management Two, and Supervisory Management Three. We strongly recommend that you take the required seminars in sequence. Three two-day or six one day (or any combination equaling 6 days) specialized management elective courses of your choice are also required. You have five years to complete the course requirements. If COVID-19 has affected your five year timeframe, contact the SBDC at sbdc@uwlax.edu.

What are the costs?

The core seminars are $489 per person per seminar and the half-day electives are $139 per person per seminar.  Some discounts apply.
