Fall 2026

Fall 2026 Billing & Payment Timeline

September 4, 2026	*Financial Aid Refunds Issued* Refunds from financial aid awards are distributed.
September 4, 2026	*Fall Bill Generated* First billing statement is emailed to your UWL email after 5 p.m. from StudentAR@uwlax.edu.
September 8, 2026	*First Day of Classes*
September 21, 2026	*Fall Bill Due* Payment is due by the 10th day of class.
September 22, 2026	*Finance Charges Begin + 2nd Bill Sent* Finance charges will begin to accrue daily on past due balances at a rate of 1.5% over 30 days on the outstanding balance after the due date of September 21, 2026. Second billing statement is emailed to your UWL email, showing outstanding charges, payments, and any new charges.
October 21, 2026	*Payment Due (if not already paid or new charges added)*
October 22, 2026	*3rd Bill Sent* Third billing statement is emailed to your UWL email. Includes prior balance, new charges, and finance charges for unpaid items by the invoice due date of September 21, 2026. Check your WINGS account for the most current info.
November	*Winter & Spring Registration Opens* Check your WINGS account and pay any outstanding balance. You may register if your balance is $499 or less. Holds placed on accounts with balances over $500.
November 20, 2026	*Payment Due (if not already paid or new charges added)*
November 21, 2026	*Final Bill of the Semester Sent* Final fall billing statement is emailed to your UWL email. Includes prior balance, new charges, and finance charges.
December 17, 2026 to December 22, 2026	*Final Exams*
December 22, 2026	*Final Payment Due* All remaining Fall semester charges must be paid in full. Log in to your WINGS Student Center to confirm your balance is $0.

January 4, 2027	Winter Bill Generated Billing statement is emailed to your UWL email after 5 p.m. from StudentAR@uwlax.edu.

January 18, 2027	Martin Luther King Jr. Day: No Classes
January 19, 2027	Winter Bill Due

February 5, 2027	*Spring Bill Due* Payment is due by the 10th day of class.
February 6, 2027	*Finance Charges Begin* Finance charges will begin to accrue daily on past due balances at a rate of 1.5% over 30 days on the outstanding balance after the due date of February 5, 2027.
February 8, 2027	*2nd Bill Sent* Second billing statement is emailed to your UWL email, showing outstanding charges, payments, and any new charges.
March 10, 2027	*Payment Due (if not already paid or new charges added)*.
March 11, 2027	*3rd Bill Sent* Third billing statement is emailed to your UWL email. Includes prior balance, new charges, and finance charges for unpaid items by the invoice due date of February 5, 2027. Check your WINGS account for the most current info.
March and April 2027	*Summer & Fall Registration Opens* Check your WINGS account and pay any outstanding balance. You may register if your balance is $499 or less. Holds placed on accounts with balances over $500.
April 12, 2027	*Payment Due (if not already paid or new charges added)*
April 13, 2027	*Final Bill of the Semester Sent* Final spring billing statement is emailed to your UWL email. Includes prior balance, new charges, and finance charges.
May 10, 2027 through May 14, 2027	*Final Exams*
May 12, 2027	*Final Payment Due* All remaining Spring semester charges must be paid in full. Log in to your WINGS Student Center to confirm your balance is $0.
May 13, 2027	Finance charges added for Spring.

Summer 2026

Summer 2026

May 6, 2026 to May 22, 2026	Charges are posted to WINGS for Summer semester.
May 20, 2026	Financial aid posts to WINGS for Summer semester.
May 22, 2026	The Summer bill is generated for those students who registered for classes prior to May 22, 2026. The notification is emailed to the student's WINGS account after 5 p.m. The email comes from StudentAR@uwlax.edu.
May 25, 2026	Memorial Day - UWL is closed.
May 26, 2026	Classes begin - Summer Session I
June 8, 2026	SUMMER BILL IS DUE TODAY - Monday.
June 9, 2026	The second bill is generated and includes new charges and/or previous unpaid balance.
June 22, 2026	Classes begin-Summer Session II
July 8, 2026	The second bill is due. Finance charges will begin to accrue daily on past due balances at a rate of 1.5% over 30 days on the outstanding balance.
July 9, 2026	Final bill is generated. Finance charges will be applied.
July 20, 2026	Classes begin-Summer Session III
August 6, 2026	FINAL SUMMER BILL IS DUE TODAY.
August 7, 2026	Finance charges added.
