We work hard to make sure everyone can celebrate our graduates' big day!

Tell us what you need in order to participate by emailing your request to Extended Learning At least one week notice is preferable.

Accessible seating: We reserve a section to accommodate those with  accessible seating needs. Our excellent staff are present upon your arrival to personally assist in directing you to accessible seating areas. The La Crosse Center is equipped with elevators and wheelchairs should there be a need. Simply request this of our welcome staff upon arrival.

Deaf or Hard of Hearing: We offer assisted-listening devices to use during the ceremony. Please request this of our welcome staff upon arrival. We will also have captioning visible on the screen and a sign-language interpreter present. Please notify us in advance of your need of the sign language interpreter so we can arrange seating in view of this service.

At this time, we do not caption or finger spell each graduate's name. If you would like your graduate’s name finger spelled, please contact Extended Learning in advance at

If you have any need of any other accommodations, please email Extended Learning at with your request.
