Who Can File a Report

Any person may report sex discrimination, including sexual harassment to the Title IX Coordinator at any time, day or night, in person, by mail, by email, by phone, or by any other means that results in notice to the Title IX Coordinator.

Those who have been subjected to an incident of sexual violence or sexual harassment have several options for reporting the incident.  Individuals may make a report to one or more of the offices or individuals noted below.

How to File a Report

Confidential Resources

A person who has been subjected to an incident of sexual violence or harassment may elect not to report or may only seek confidential services.  Confidential resources can provide support, referrals to other resources on campus or in the community, and information about reporting options in order to help individuals make an informed decision.  Please note that talking with a Confidential Resource or requesting confidential assistance is not an official reporting avenue.  Statistical information (numbers) will be collected for Clery reporting purposes.
