Computer classrooms, labs & technology

There are currently over 200 rooms on the UWL campus that contain technology used for teaching or giving presentations.  The classroom and conference room technology is maintained and updated by ITS.  We also provide support and training.  Our focus is to enhance instruction and convenience by adhering to a classroom technology standard while providing classroom designs that accommodate a variety of learning and teaching styles. 

When reporting technical problems that require immediate attention, please use the phone located on the instructor’s station and dial 8774 for the Eagle Help Desk.   You will be prompted to press 1 - for immediate assistance, or 2- which you can report the issue as a help desk ticket.


As faculty and staff are off-campus for the remainder of the semester due to the COVID-19 Virus, Academic Technology Services (ATS) is available to assist with lecture capture or teleconferencing. The technologies that ATS supports are WebEx, Mediasite and Jabber. If you need assistance with Canvas Kaltura (MyMedia), please contact CATL. You can open a  ticket with the Eagle Help Desk to receive assistance from either department.
