What is a NetID?
UWL NetID is a username to log into most UWL technology services. This can include:
- Campus Wireless Network & Network Authentication
- Canvas
- ITS Computer Labs and Pay-for-Print
- Qualtrics
- WINGS
- Classroom Technology Podiums
- Library Services (Online Databases like EBSCOhost and ProQuest)
- And more
Your NetID is not the same as your email address, but they are very similar because they use the same password to access each system separately. UWL email addresses follow the format of your NetID with "@uwlax.edu" added at the end and are hosted in Microsoft Outlook.
