The Counseling & Testing Center offers a variety of counseling options, both in-person and via tele-health. For details on the different appointments view our Where To Start page.

Summer Counseling Services for UWL Students

Summer counseling options are available to support you wherever you are. Use the table below to compare services through the UWL Counseling & Testing Center and Mantra Health.

How to Access Drop in 2106 Centennial from 12-4 p.m. on regular business days between May 20 and August 28. Call 608.785.8073 x2, if you can’t meet in person. There is no online scheduling in summer Sign up using your @uwlax.edu emai at www.mantrahealth.com/lacrosse, or download the free Mantra Health app for Apple or Android

Patient Portal

On the Patient Portal you can:

  • View upcoming appointments
  • Schedule a Triage, Single Session, or a Referral appointment
  • View incomplete appointment forms
  • Send a secure message to your provider
  • Edit your personal information

 

Checking-in for Appointments

 

  1. Check-in up to 30 minutes before your appointment on the Home page.
  2. Complete ALL forms (some will be available before check-in on the Forms page).
  3. Please see the front desk if your provider has not seen you within 10 minutes of your appointment time.

Summer Triage appointments are "drop-in" between the 12-4 p.m. Monday-Friday. Call our office for options if you cannot meet in person.

Single Session Zoom  You must be in a private space* (alone in a room with a closed door) in Wisconsin at the time of the appointment.
