Test Center

The Test Center is located on the 2nd floor of Centennial Hall in office 2106. 

Once in Centennial Hall, take the elevator at the east end of the lobby to the second floor. Exit the elevator on the second floor, and go down the hall to the right. The Counseling & Testing Center is the last door on the left, room 2106.

Driving Directions

From the East:

Travelers heading west to La Crosse on I-90 should exit at Exit 5 (WI Highway 16). Turn left onto WI Highway 16. Go past Valley View Mall. Continue south on WI-16 (becomes Losey Blvd) for 4.5 miles. Turn right on La Crosse Street. Go west on La Crosse Street about 0.6 mile to 16th Street. Turn left on 16th Street. Park in the UWL Parking Ramp. Entrance is on Farwell Street. After parking, walk three blocks due south to Centennial Hall.

From the West:

Exit I-90 at Exit 5 (Highway 16). Turn right on to Highway 16, head southwest on WI-16 (becomes Losey Blvd) for 4.5 miles. Go past the Valley View Mall. Turn right on La Crosse Street. Go west on La Crosse Street about 0.6 mile to 16th Street. Turn left on 16th Street. Park in the UWL Parking Ramp. Entrance is on Farwell Street. After parking, walk three blocks due south to Centennial Hall..

From the North: 

Highway 14 on the Minnesota side of the Mississippi and 35 on the Wisconsin side join I-90 to Highway 16 (Exit 5) and follow directions from the west (above).

From the South:

Highways 14, 61 and 35 enter the city on the south. From Highway 14, turn right on Losey Boulevard at the Walgreens. Follow the green "UW-La Crosse" signs north on Losey Boulevard for 2.6 miles to La Crosse Street. Turn left on La Crosse Street. Go west on La Crosse Street about 0.6 mile to 16th Street. Turn left on 16th Street. Park in the UWL Parking Ramp. Entrance is on Farwell Street. After parking, walk three blocks due south to Centennial Hall.

The Passport Parking app is the only way to pay for parking at UWL.
Download the Passport Parking app in advance and pay on your smartphone.

Visitors to the UWL Test Center should park in the parking ramp on the north side of campus off of La Crosse Street/Highway 16.
UW Parking Services Ramp -- 605 17th Street North, La Crosse, WI.
Individuals using the Passport Parking app can park using the app on levels 1-3 of the parking ramp.
The zone for the Parking Ramp is 351.
Use your license plates to validate transactions.
Parking is $1 an hour.

Street Parking

The Passport Parking is for UWL parking lots only. The City of La Crosse charges hourly on streets around the campus perimeter. For street parking use ParkMobile. If parking on 16th Street, Vine Street, or other streets around the campus perimeter look for the green and black sign with zone 29109 and follow the directions on the sign to pay.
