Counseling Service Notice

Counseling services, including drop-in Triage and Urgent Care will be unavailable on Tuesday August 25th due to staff training. 

Testing services will be open for prescheduled exams only. 

For students who need immediate support, call the 24/7 Mental Health Crisis Support Line at 608.785.8073 and press 1, or connect online through the Connect Now Care Hub.

Campus Connect

Designed specifically for a college/university community, Campus Connect is a 3-hour experiential training focused on enhancing gatekeepers knowledge, awareness and skills to prevent college student suicide.

Please complete our Outreach Request Form if you’re interested in requesting a training for your group.

Spring Campus Connect for students is Monday, April 20 3:30-6 p.m.

Recognize, Respond, Refer: Suicide Prevention Training

For Faculty and Staff

UWL's Recognize, Respond, Refer: Suicide Prevention Training for Faculty and Staff is now live in Workday Learning!

Search for the training in Workday:

  1. Hover over Personal in the sidebar and select Learning.
  2. Click Discover.
  3. Click the Browse Learning button.
  4. Search Recognize, Respond, Refer

If you previously enrolled in the Canvas course and need to confirm your completion, please contact akopitzke@wisc.edu. The Workday course includes updated content, so if you completed RRR in Canvas more than a year ago, we recommend that you refresh your learning by taking the new Workday course. UWL student RRR training remains in Canvas.

An Overview and Demonstration of Togetherall

Join members of the Togetherall account management team who will provide an overview of Togetherall and show you an inside look at how the community functions to support the mental health of your students.

Whether you are completely new to Togetherall or somewhat familiar with the community, our team will take you on a journey through all of the different support options students can access. Our product team is constantly updating the community with new and more user-friendly features, encouraging member engagement and reinforcing safe practices.
