Rates & Dates
For students who are living on campus for spring 2024, summer housing is available May 13, 2024 through August 16, 2024.
Students currently living off campus can participate in summer housing. The earliest move-in date is May 18 and move-out needs to be done by August 16, 2024.
The summer housing rate is $27/night, with a one-week (7 days) minimum billing. Billing will be applied to student accounts on a weekly basis throughout the summer. After you check out of your summer housing, your last week's billing will be prorated based on your checkout date.
Summer Housing Transition
Students living on campus for spring 2024 may be required to change rooms or remain in their spring room assignment for 1-2 weeks after the spring semester ends. This will allow for Residence Life staff to clean and prepare your summer housing room assignment. Additional details will be sent out via email before the start of summer.
Reuter Hall
Summer housing for students is in Reuter Hall. Reuter Hall is an apartment-style residence hall. Each apartment has four private bedrooms, one bathroom, and a living area which includes a kitchen with full-size appliances.
