UW-La Crosse uses an online program to capture new employee information in a secure environment.  You should have received an email welcoming you to your new position, or providing you access to the program if you are returning.

Please note that you can review your tax withholdings, update/add a payroll direct deposit account, and more on your first day in the MyUW portal

Other important information

The Affordable Care Act (ACA) requires most everyone to obtain health insurance for themselves and their dependents or pay a penalty when filling tax returns.  The health insurance marketplace is a new option for people to obtain health insurance. UW-La Crosse will provide the required health insurance marketplace notice to all employees at the time of I-9 completion.

Executive Order #54, issued by the Governor in 2011, requires all University of Wisconsin system employees to report child abuse and neglect if, in the course of employment, a UW System employee observes or learns of such an incident. UW-La Crosse has prepared for employees and their supervisors guidance in complying with Executive Order 54.
