The University of Wisconsin-La Crosse Financial Aid Office (FAO) is committed to supporting the university’s goal of graduating a highly talented and diverse student body. Working collaboratively with all areas of the university, we recognize that only together can we achieve our common goals of enhancing enrollment, retention and academic success of our students.
The FAO staff strives to uphold the highest degree of professionalism, confidentiality, honesty, and integrity; embracing a student-centered approach in providing students information to secure the necessary financial resources to meet their educational goals and financial obligations. The FAO is dedicated to ensuring the proper stewardship of federal, state, institutional and private resources while striving to maintain equity and consistency in the delivery of funds to students.
In pursuing our mission, the FAO is committed to addressing the financial concerns of students that are unique to college life through counseling, outreach and financial literacy education. We aspire to equip students with the knowledge, skills and resources necessary to integrate and maintain lifelong financial wellness.
